I would like to bring to your attention an opportunity to work with Paul Christian and me on an agricultural water use impact evaluation project in Mozambique. We, along with researchers at the Development Impact Evaluation (DECIE), a unit of the World Bank’s Research Group – DECRG), and the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), seek to hire a consultant who will work as Field Coordinator for Impact Evaluation in Mozambique. The consultant will work with the research team to build client governments’ capacity for evidence-based policy-making through the cycle of several impact evaluations (IEs). The consultant’s main responsibility will be to coordinate and supervise the implementation of the IE work in the field, working closely with the project implementation team and delivering training to the clients as needed. The consultant will also be involved in analytical aspects of the IE.
More information about the consultancy can be found here.
